Hello there! My name is Cassie (she/her) and I am the owner and electrologist at Sol Electrolysis.          I grew up in a small town in Northern B.C. where I had lots of mountains and lakes to explore with my dear childhood friends! My personal fulfillment comes from the connections I form with others. Starting my own business in electrolysis I knew I would have the opportunity to connect with all sorts of people and the personal challenge of building a business from the ground up! I love providing exceptional treatments for my clients while also fostering a friendly environment where my clients can be themselves. Many people are embarrassed to tell me about their unwanted hair but the truth is I have seen and treated hair on all areas of every body! A little bit about me: in my spare time you can find me tending to my 40+ plants, trying (and failing) at roller skating, playing board games with with my friends, and cuddling with my gecko 'Zippy'.

I opened Sol Electrolysis in January 2022 and I absolutely love my work! I enjoy the tediousness of it, and I love getting to know my clients who come from all walks of life. I was first introduced to electrolysis by my sister-in-law who is an electrologist in Edmonton. Being a woman with PCOS, I have always struggled with unwanted hair. Having it permanently removed was such a relief and such a boost to my self esteem. It is so rewarding to have that impact on others, and I am so grateful for the clients that put their trust in me!

I graduated Swanson’s Canadian Institute of Electrolysis in March of 2020 after completing their 500-hour program. I am a member of the Canadian Organization of Professional Electrologists which sets the standard for certified electrologists.
